I adore tasty cocktails presented in pretty glasses. Putting all the raw elements together and presenting them in an attractive way is a lot like designing.
I'll add more recipes when I remember to take more pictures.
Cucumber Gimlet
2 cucumbers
4 teaspoons lime juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1⁄2 cup gin
Juice the cucumbers in a juicer. You could also peel them, blend them with a handblender & then strain through a strainer if you don't have a juicer.
Mix the cucumber juice (will be about a cup) with all other ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice and enjoy.
Mellow Vodka Martini
half a melon (thereabouts)
4 teaspoons lime juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1⁄2 cup vodka
Juice the melon in a juicer. You could just blend with a handblender if you don't have a juicer, but the cocktail will be creamier as opposed to slick n smooth.
Mix the melon juice (about a cup) with all other ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of melon and enjoy on a hot summer day.
Toasted Almond
1 measure of Amaretto
1 measure of Kahlua
4 measures of cream
I've used 'measure' here so you can figure out how much you want to make, just use the correct ratio.
Mix in a cocktail shaker with ice and pour into martini glass. Dust with cinnamon and toasted almond slivers (if you can be bothered!).
Very rich and very tasty!
Dirty Snowball
1 measure of Frangelico
1 measure of amaretto
1 measure of Kahlua
1 measure of Baileys
1 measure of white rum
1 measure of butterscotch schnapps

Shake over ice and strain into martini glass. Dust with cinnamon and/or chocolate powder!
Enjoy. I know I did.
Double Chocolate Martini
1 measure of vodka
1 measure of white creme de cacao
1 measure of Baileys
I'm not sure why this is called a double chocolate martini. As far as I can see, there's only the white creme de cacao. But hey - it tastes nice so what the heck.
Shake over ice and strain into martini glass. Dust with chocolate powder!
Very moreish...
